Thatte Idli & Podi Masala
Ingredients:
- 1.5 cups idli rice
- 1/2 cup urad dal
- 1/2 cup poha
- 1/4 cup sabudana
- 1 tsp methi dana
- 1 tsp salt
- Ghee/Oil
- 1/4 cup chana dal
- 1/2 cup urad dal
- 1 tbsp toor dal
- 1/4 cup white til
- Dried red chillies
- 15-20 kadhi patta
- 2 tbsp nariyal powder
- 1/4 tsp haldi powder
- 1 tsp kali mirch
- 1/2 tsp heeng
