    Thatte Idli & Podi Masala

    Ingredients: 

    • 1.5 cups idli rice
    • 1/2 cup urad dal
    • 1/2 cup poha
    • 1/4 cup sabudana
    • 1 tsp methi dana
    • 1 tsp salt
    • Ghee/Oil
    • 1/4 cup chana dal
    • 1/2 cup urad dal
    • 1 tbsp toor dal
    • 1/4 cup white til
    • Dried red chillies
    • 15-20 kadhi patta
    • 2 tbsp nariyal powder
    • 1/4 tsp haldi powder
    • 1 tsp kali mirch
    • 1/2 tsp heeng
