2BR vintage style property (only one attached bathroom and no AC)swimming pool, lawn, hall, wifi, outdoor Goan style kitchen + dining, 1 outdoor common bathroom. The Bluetooth sound system is available at the property. Outside speakers are not allowed.

13k up to 6 guests on Saturday
12k up to 6 guests on Friday / Sunday
10k up to 4 guests on other days
500 extra per additional guest – an extra mattress will be provided. Max 8 guests

No charge for <3 Yr. olds. 3-12 Yr. olds will be considered as half guests for pricing
